Hello Dr. J., Our dog Akilah, a husky mix, had a badly broken leg when we got her as a puppy and she is now 3 1/2 years old. Her leg healed after some major surgery, but it has never been 100%. We have given her the GlycanAid HA for about 3 weeks and we can already see a difference! She is running longer and faster, and pulling harder (it’s a hard habit to break in a husky!) then she has in a long time. I look forward to seeing her progress in the next coming months. Thank you for your product!

It has been 11 months since my 6 year old German Shorthaired Pointer had TPLO surgery and 2 months later Extracapsular sutures added. If it weren’t for your Rehab guides, ability to ask you questions, and your joint supplement, GlycanAid HA, I don’t think we would have made it to full recovery. He is back to full activity, though we are still careful. I must say you making me aware of muscle mass was so important in the decision to increase activity. We did the recommended exercises faithfully, for months. It is such a pleasure to see him back to running, hunting and playing.
Thank you so much.

First of all, your product is WONDERFUL! I am a rehab specialist with people. I’ve become accustomed to rehab with dogs. I put my 11-year-old shepherd mix on GlycanAid HA after another glucosamine product stopped working for her. Her limp is completely gone. I am both stunned and thrilled. Thank you for your product! I truly thank you for outstanding customer service!

Kayla is a beautiful German Shorthaired Pointer that has been extremely active all her life. Unfortunately, she’s had a few injuries over the years but never really slowed her down.
However, in October 2011, two days after the loss of my big boy, and Kayla’s brother Chilco to cancer, Kayla was tackled by accident by another dog while on our walk. Kayla slipped, yelped and was hardly able to walk. It turned out that she had torn the ACL in her left hind leg. Her Vet was hoping is was only a partial tear and recommended full rest for my girl. It became obvious that she was not getting any better so Kayla was referred to an orthopedic surgeon. He diagnosed Kayla with a full tear of her ACL and partial tear of the meniscus. The surgeon recommended the TPLO surgery, which I immediately agreed to.
When I got home, I wanted to educate myself more about ACL injuries and TPLO surgery. That’s when I came across the TopDog Health website and was extremely amazed that Dr. St. James had a wealth of information and was also offering a “free” rehabilitation guide post TPLO.
I then read about his product, GlycanAid HA Factor. I really liked what I was reading about the product but decided to do more research about what else was being offered out there as a similar product. Honestly, I was disappointed that I couldn’t find anything remotely close to this product in Canada. After comparing many available products, I came to the conclusion that the GlycanAid HA Factor was probably the best product I could find. I decided to order some so I could start Kayla on it immediately after her surgery, which took place just before Christmas in 2011.
Kayla was 12 years old at the time and I had already had her on other type of joint supplement but never really noticed any real differences. Of course, Kayla went through several months of rehab, hydro-therapy after her surgery, but when she started to walk without a limp, I should note that I followed Dr. St. Clair’s Guide to TPLO rehab, which Kayla’s surgeon was even impressed with!
I became a firm believer that GlycanAid HA Factor was really helping her. Her “old” joints seem to be like new and no longer bothering her after exercising. For me, it was like a miracle and for Kayla it was like she was given a new life! Kayla has been on GlycanAid HA Factor since and I have no intent of stopping. My girl turned 15 yrs on Sept. 5, 2014 and she still loves going for walks, swimming. Of course, she’s slowing down and can’t jump in the truck anymore but I’m sure she’d be in worse shape if I wouldn’t discovered this amazing product. Kayla’s Vet is amazed how she’s doing right now considering her age. Kayla is also on medication for hypo-thyrodism, liver and heart condition because of her murmur getting worse but nothing is stopping her for enjoying life. I made her a promise when she was 2 months old, that I would give her the best life possible, which includes the best care, nutrition and supplements available. GlycanAid HA Factor is one of them! Nothing but the BEST for my girl Kayla!
Thanks Dr. J for caring so much for our furry family members, and sharing your knowledge & expertise with us.

Cinta our Shetland sheep dog had hip dysplasia caused by lack of development of the hip bone due to being the little runt of her litter. We were devastated, she was so little at the time, only 9 months of age, and she could barely walk. The vet told us she would always been in pain unless we had an excision anthroplasty performed. They suggested I look up on your website for physio exercises to help Cinta recover. Her surgery happened end of April, I printed out the 8 week plan and had it posted on our fridge. The plan on your website was brilliant, she has fully recovered with just a slight limp which truthfully you would have to know she had it done to pick it up. We are having the other side done February next year, I will be pulling out those pages again to help her recover again. But thank you so much, I feel more confident for her when the next operation takes place.

Shelby just had her second surgery one week ago. Left knee this time. Right knee done Jan. 2014. Shelby is doing much better this time around. I truly believe, that having put her on the GlycanAid HA supplement has helped her to be stronger and healthier. The tear was 20% against 80% last time. That alone tells me she is stronger. We will be leaving her on GlycanAid HA for the future. I could not have done as well myself (76 yrs. old) without the manual that I also copied online. Thank you so much for making things better for all the dogs and people.

Our Golden Doodle, Billie had surgery on her knee about 3 years ago. That’s when I found your web site and downloaded your rehab manual. Thank goodness for this resource. While the vet gave us general instructions, we’re certain Billie’s recovery would never have been as complete without your detailed manual.
Well, a few months ago Billie started favoring that same back left leg and we were sure the surgery had come “un-done”. However, when the vet x-rayed her leg she told us that the knee was just fine but unfortunately she had hip dysplasia. The vet sent us home with pain meds and told us there was little that could be done. I came back to your site and read the testimonials for the Glycanaid HA Advanced Joint Health Formula and got her started on it right away. Billie’s a big girl (84lbs.) so we were dosing her 3x a day to begin with and she is now on maintenance of 2 a day. Within just a few weeks she was walking without a limp on all 4 legs instead hopping around on 3. What a joy to see her back to her old self. We’ve given up playing ball because that causes her to make sudden stops and turns and we know that’s not good for her hip, but otherwise she‘s back to chasing after the chickens, herding our alpacas, swimming in the pond and all without the slightest sign of pain. We are so thankful and so is Billie!

Thank you for your persistent contact and information. Daisy my cairn terrier, is recovering very nicely from her cruciate surgery about 4 months ago. Although she is much more active and is now jumping up on the couch she is slow to get up from rest. When she’s been sleeping she has a pronounced limp when she starts moving.
We have been using GlycanAid HA since her tear and I feel it helps. She LOVES it. Daisy takes her GlycanAid HA right before bed. As soon as she sees the bottle she bounces into her crate and sits at attention. It is a great treat.
I have added Flexerna to her morning meal for additional support. My biggest fear is having the other cruciate tear. Daisy weighs 16 lbs and I give her 1 tablet every evening. Thanks for your support.

Little over 3 years ago my then, 2 1/2 year old Boxer, Belle, ran a Luring Course and started favoring her back left leg that very evening. When I got to my vet two days later, he said she either strained or partially tore her ACL, but the shelf action wasn’t severe enough for a positive diagnosis. We decided to give it a week or so with pain and anti-inflammatory meds before I made a decision to take action, which would be surgery. I searched the web and found Dr. James St. Clair and TopDog Health and Rehab. I read everything I could get my eyes on so I would know what I was dealing with and made a conscious decision to go with Dr. James St. Clair’s ACL Rehab Program and GlycanAid HA exclusively. I felt that if the ACL wasn’t completely torn, I had a chance to treat it back to health with Rehab and a good joint formula. I also knew a little about the HA factor, as I, personally, had been taking a series of knee shots (Euflexxa) that contained HA and they were keeping me moving without pain or surgery. It was such a positive to see that the canine world had the same idea of keeping healthy knees, etc.
I started out on the double dosage of GlycanAid HA and have continued on the maintenance dosage ever since. Knowing what the HA factor has done for my knees, I am very thankful that I found it for my dog. My vet warned me that once Belle had injured one leg, she could have the same injury to the other leg because she would be using it so heavily while recovering from the first injury. I was quite determined that that was not going to happen. I attribute no further injuries to following Dr. James St. Clair’s ACL Rehab Program to the letter and continuous use of GlycanAid HA to keep her joints and connective tissues healthy. She recovered without surgery or further injuries.
You just need to read the label to see the comprehensive listing of ingredients!! These are the same ingredients used on the ‘holder’ of-the-leash to keep our joints healthy! Belle is back to agility training and competing, her Therapy Dog work…and just enjoying life, as only a Boxer can.
So whether your canine is coming off an injury, rehabbing from a strain or torn ligament, recovering from joint/ligament surgery or has arthritis, I would highly recommend putting the dog on GlycanAid HA immediately and checking out all the great rehab outlines from TopDog Health and Rehab. If HA is good enough for me, it is good enough from my dog. In Belle’s case, it meant no surgery and a back-to-health and activity for her. GlycanAid HA is with us for life.
