You helped our Oreo so much during her different CCL surgeries. She has recovered after 4 years. She is able to jump and run with her sister that is a 5 years old Lab. We let Oreo rest after walks that are anywhere from 3 miles to 5 miles long. She is a joy to have with us. I know she wouldn’t have done as well without the TopDog’s GlycanAid HA Joint Supplement. I appreciate your kindness and concern during her recovery period.

Dr Clark told me to let her be a dog and if she wants to jump up on the bed that will push her to get better on her own. But I think it is the GlycanAid HA that has gotten her to the activity level she enjoys today.

Nugget is still doing well at 12.5 years, about 2 years after his TPLO surgery (and then six months later, the redo of this surgery). After the first one, I did exactly what the surgeon said for rehab (which was basically keep him on a leash for a long time and then let him loose), and as soon as Nugget had the chance to run around again, he promptly reinjured himself.

So we went back in again for some tightening up, which turned out to have another extensive rehab period. By this time I had found your website, so I followed your instructions for rehab, plus put him on the GlycanAid HA, with much better results! He is a happy dog! Thanks for a great product!

I have 2 highly active Springer Spaniel dogs that are 9 (Ruby) and 12 (Dotti) years old. In 2011, my younger one, Ruby

started to limp on her front leg. I had her X-rayed and vet told me she had a bone spur and should not walk over a mile at a time. A few months later, my older Springer, Dotti tore her CCL out on her back leg and had surgery (suture type). So I started giving my dogs Top Dog GlycanAid supplements right after CCL surgery–this was approximately 4 1/2 years ago. About 1 year after surgery, Dotti tore out her good leg. So I took her to the vet and he said she wouldn’t recover without surgery. We postponed the surgery. We continued with the Top Dog GlycanAid HA supplements and did short leash walks (up to a mile) for 6-8 weeks and lots of swimming at the lake. Her leg healed on its own without surgery this time. Currently we hike on the forest everyday and they run free range. We go about 20-25 miles a week. Some hikes are even up to 10 plus miles. My girls have been doing great–completely recovered and no more limping! They continue to get their Top Dog GlycanAid HA tablet everyday along with a fish oil tablet.

Thank you,

To: TopDog & Dr. St. Clair,

Your products, books, and articles, were a god send for our 9 year (old at the time) Flat Coat Retriever. After her successful knee surgery, with the help of our wonderful vet, GlycanAid HA, and the additional rehab knowledge you shared, she came back as strong as ever.

Unfortunately other age related ailments finally caught up with her and our beloved companion, Angel, left this earth in a loving and peaceful manner. She was our loyal and faithful companion for 14 1/2 wonderful years, and we will miss her always. Angel got 5+ more joint healthy years with your help and we are forever grateful.

Thank you!

Our catahoula mix Austin luxated his right patella in October 2015 when he was only 10 months old and had right-sided MPL repair in November 2015.  On December 20, 7 weeks into rehab, he luxated his left patella and had MPL repair on January 15 but just a week later it popped out again so he had a revision on January 28.  After much research, we started Austin on both Flexerna and GlycanAid HA back in November 2015, wanting him to be on the best glucosamine and Omega 3 on the market due to his young age.  We have not been disappointed.  We are now 12 weeks into rehab of the left revision surgery and he could not be doing better.  He is walking/jogging/a little bit of running 4 to 6 miles a day (after of course a great 8-week checkup and the go-ahead from his surgeon) without a single lame step since walking out of the hospital in January and he is a power walker, slow has never been in his vocabulary.  He does not appear to be stiff or sore even after extra long walks.  I believe these products are the reason why he is healing so quickly and feeling so well.  And, of course, the rehab videos on the Top Dog website were so helpful in getting him to this point (yes, he is still a lazy sitter but we are working on that).  Thank you, Dr. J and team.  And thank you for the fast shipment of GlycanAid HA when we almost ran out.  We did not want him to miss a single dose.  He will be on both of these products for his lifetime.

Last spring my heart dog Sterling, had to have FHO surgery due to hip dysplasia.  My Vet gave me a copy of Dr J’s Home Therapy Booklet and it was a godsend.  I followed it and my Cavalier made steady progress.  About mid way through the recovery, I decided to try the GlycanAid HA supplement, since everything else Dr J had recommended worked and the videos on the Internet were so helpful.

When I started the GlycanAid HA, his progress was markedly faster.  I have continued his daily pill, he thinks it is a treat. His strength is amazing!  Now I have to put things he wants out of his reach, because he can stand on his hind legs for a lengthy amount of time to try to reach his toys or treats on counters.  Thank you Dr J and Top Dog.

Baron Von is an 11 yr. old Shitzu. I have given him GlycanAid HA for almost five years after learning that his limp was caused by an ACL problem. The vet did not recommend surgery. The GlycanAid HA helped him greatly. After losing almost 20% of his weight since May of this year, he was not limping at all. Unfortunately, a recent ultrasound revealed that Baron has a carcinoma mass in his stomach, liver, spleen and duodenal lymph node. Palliative care was recommended.

I wanted to send you this note and photo of my beloved dog and thank you for the help GlycanAid HA gave him.

Hello Dr. St.Clair,

First of all, my dog did not have the surgery. I found your website when researching what the rehab would entail if and when my guy would need the surgery. I was very interested in the weekly instructions and found all the information very informative even though I didn’t need to use it at this time.

History about my beloved American Bulldog, Pork Chop. He was diagnosed with hip dysplasia about 5 months ago. He was just 18 months old at the time. The X-rays were very definitive, but my vet wanted us to try a treatment. I’ve been giving Pork Chop an injection of polyglycan. We started with twice a week for 2 weeks, then once a week for 4 weeks. I saw just a small bit of improvement so we continued the injections. He’s had an injection every other week for the last 4 weeks. About the time I began the second round of injections, I decided to begin him on your GlycanAid HA. Within just a couple of weeks, his improvement was remarkable and has improved SO much. He’s like a brand new dog. I honestly don’t know if it’s the continued injections, or the supplement, or a combination of both. Since American Bulldogs mature late, as in 2+ years, I even wonder if his ball and socket have seated into better position as he’s matured? In any case, I plan to continue on the prescribed treatment. The injectable will go to just once a month in January. I will also be continuing the supplement as I truly believe it’s played a huge role in his improvement.

Thanks for the follow-up and wonderful service you provide!

Cathy and Pork Chop

I have an 11 month old mini golden doodle. About 3 months ago she started having problems with her hind legs, particularly the left. She would lift the leg and it seemed to lock in place, but not forgery long. Sometimes I would pick her up to straighten her hind legs and she would be fine. She hopped on three legs on a few occasions.

I saw two vets and an orthopedic surgeon who said she had luxating patellas and would need surgery.

I decided to wait and see and sent for your joint supplement, GlycanAid HA, which she’s been on for the past five weeks. I don’t know whether this had anything to do with it, but she has not limped or lifted her legs since.

She’s active, runs, plays, eats etc. A very happy little 10 month old pup. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that we can avoid surgery.
