    All orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

    TopDog Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

How do I return a product?

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to TopDog Health.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your product return we will issue a refund which may take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account.
